Workshop on Joy by Musée de la Joie

Awakening vitality and connection in everyday life

Joy is more than a pleasant feeling—it is a fundamental driver of vitality, resilience, and connection. Often underestimated, it shapes the way we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the challenges we face. It is one life’s most powerful fuels.

This workshop by Le Musée de la Joie offers a dedicated space to reflect on what nourishes joy and to identify the barriers that erode it. Through guided reflection, interactive exercises, movement and collective exploration, participants will clarify their own relationship to joy, discover what hinders it, and experiment with practices to activate it—both personally and together.

The aim is not only to rediscover joy, but to embrace it as a vital necessity and integrate it more consciously into daily life.

Anyone who wishes to reconnect with their inner strength, bring more resilience and meaning into their life, or share joy more consciously in their families, communities, or workplaces is warmly invited to attend.

This is an exceptional occasion to awaken and activate the joy within you.

speaker

Le Musée de la Joie

Joy is a universal yet deeply personal emotion—present within us since always, but too often forgotten. Far from being trivial or childlike, it is the most powerful fuel for life: the emotion of positive action, creativity, energy, and accomplishment. Joy energizes, unites, and spreads. Le Musée de la Joie is a unique initiative created to help adults, organizations and children alike to reconnect with joy as a vital force. It exists to make joy visible, tangible, and active again in our lives, and invites everyone to rediscover their inner strength, identify what diminishes their joy, and dismantle the barriers that prevent them from thriving. Its mission is to raise awareness of joy, preserve it, and activate it in all its forms. Through immersive and interactive experiences, it seeks to make joy a central subject of reflection and action, offering tools to cultivate it daily and encouraging each person to build their own “inner museum” of joy.
