Thursdays are for DJs

Unwind, connect with fellow members, and enjoy an exclusive DJ set at ökēn, TheMerode’s cocktail bar

TheMerode invites you to join us for an evening of music, movement, and discovery with Bim Jecker, co-founder of Kiosk Radio and one of the driving forces behind Brussels’ vibrant music scene.

Always on the lookout for new sounds and musical connections, Bim Jecker is known for his eclectic approach to DJing, effortlessly navigating between disco, house, techno, and everything in between. His sets are guided by instinct, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for music that brings people together.

Beyond the decks, Bim plays a key role in shaping Belgium’s contemporary music landscape through his work at Kiosk Radio, where he manages a diverse roster of DJs and helps foster a platform dedicated to musical exploration and creative freedom.

For this special DJ Night at TheMerode, expect a dynamic journey through genres, tempos, and moods — from sun-soaked grooves and hypnotic rhythms to late-night energy on the dancefloor. Whether slow or fast, familiar or unexpected, every track is selected with one goal in mind: creating a shared experience through music.

An invitation to connect, dance, and discover new sounds in the company of one of Brussels’ most respected musical curators.
