The quiet shift reshaping how we lead

What happens when leadership is less about power and more about impact?

At a time when the meaning of leadership is being rewritten, Anne-Sophie Eymeoud, Managing Director of Rothschild & Co Belgium (Wealth Management), and Solenne Niedercorn, Founder of Finscale, come together for a candid conversation moderated by journalist and philosopher Simon Brunfaut on leadership, trajectories and impact.

From corporate boardrooms to entrepreneurial ventures, they have navigated transitions that challenge what it means to lead with impact and integrity.

Through personal stories and reflections, they will explore shifting expectations—young people seeking clarity and soft skills, the decline of top-down models, the rise of co-creation, and the growing role of large companies in meeting societal demands.

A conversation about purpose, resilience, and friendship in business.
