But did you know that pleasure can actually be a biological solution to procrastination, burnout, and imposter syndrome? Often pushed to the bottom of the priority list, pleasure is something we indulge in only after "everything else is done." However, when we prioritise it, our bodies produce hormones that increase energy, creativity, productivity, and confidence.
In other words, reconnecting with pleasure can radically transform your life. It’s easier said than done, though. Our habits and unconscious traumas often get in the way of bringing pleasure into our daily routines.
