The power of pleasure

A workshop to unlock creativity, productivity and self-confidence.

The first seats are available now.

The remaining seats will be released on February 21 at 6pm.

We’re all familiar with the endless to-do lists, right? While we know we should be taking care of ourselves, finding the time for moments of joy can feel impossible. But did you know that pleasure can actually be a biological solution to procrastination, burnout, and imposter syndrome? Often pushed to the bottom of the priority list, pleasure is something we indulge in only after "everything else is done." However, when we prioritise it, our bodies produce hormones that increase energy, creativity, productivity, and confidence.

In other words, reconnecting with pleasure can radically transform your life. It’s easier said than done, though. Our habits and unconscious traumas often get in the way of bringing pleasure into our daily routines.

Join therapist and coach Emilie Sickinghe in this both theoretical and practical workshop to discover how to create a life that is not only pleasurable but also productive and fulfilling.
