Angus Lapsley

Angus Lapsley is the United Kingdom’s Permanent Representative to NATO. Prior to this role, he served as NATO’s Assistant Secretary General for Defence Policy and Planning and held senior positions in the UK Ministry of Defence and Foreign & Commonwealth Office. He brings a unique perspective on European security, transatlantic diplomacy, and NATO’s evolving mission in an era of geopolitical volatility.

Paul Adamson

Paul Adamson is the founder/publisher of the online magazine Encompass, chairman of Forum Europe and Forum Global and chairman of the EU-UK Forum. He is on the board of the Centre for European Reform. He was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2012 and Chevalier in the Ordre national du Mérite by the French government in 2016.
