Thanksgiving Dinner at The Stables by JML

Join us on Friday 28th of November for a warm and elegant Thanksgiving Dinner, hosted by JML in the intimate setting of The Stables. This evening marks the first edition of a new ephemeral dinner series, curated around seasonal celebrations and cultural moments that will unfold throughout the year.

For this inaugural gathering, JML invites you to experience a refined take on Thanksgiving — a convivial dinner where tradition meets creativity, shared around a beautifully set table in one of the club’s most charming spaces.

Menu : 

Amuse-Bouche : Wild mushroom tartlet, compressed pear, chestnut cream, morel powder

Starter : Celeriac mille-feuille, flame-seared mackerel, black garlic mayonnaise, lime emulsion, fresh herbs

Main Course : Duck breast fillet, potato purée, roasted butternut, crispy Jerusalem artichokes, rich jus

Dessert : Poached pear, vanilla ice cream, chai-spiced crumble, chocolate sauce
