An Intimate Gathering Created by Members, for Members
Small Circles Networking is a member-led breakfast format designed to spark meaningful conversations within our community.
Hosted at TheStables at 8:15 AM, each session is initiated and led by a fellow member who brings forward a topic, question, or area of expertise to explore with others. The format is intentionally intimate, encouraging open dialogue, thoughtful exchange, and genuine connection.
For this session, join Yassin Rouissi for a guided and interactive discussion on the theme:
“The Financial Blind Spot: Money Between Partners.”
Together, you will explore a challenge faced by many entrepreneurs, creatives, and collaborators today: how to navigate financial complexity when money flows from multiple sources and supports multiple projects.
Why is it so difficult to maintain a clear financial overview? Why do traditional tools—accounting systems, spreadsheets, or even external advisors—often fail to reflect the reality on the ground? And how can this gap ultimately cost you money?
Drawing from his own experience within creative collectives, cultural organizations, and multi-stakeholder projects in Brussels, Yassin will share insights into the disconnect between what your accounting tells you and what you actually need to know to make informed decisions.
This session will offer a fresh perspective on financial clarity, coordination, and collaboration, while introducing new ways to better understand and manage shared resources.
Designed as a space for honest dialogue, this small-group conversation invites participants to exchange experiences, challenge assumptions, and gain practical insights that can be applied directly to their own projects and partnerships.
Breakfast is at each participant’s own cost.
Join the circle, share your insights, and connect with fellow members around the table.
