An Intimate Gathering Created by Members, for Members
Small Circles Networking is a member-led breakfast format designed to spark meaningful conversations within our community.
Hosted at TheStables at 8:00 AM, each session is initiated and led by a fellow member who brings forward a topic, question, or area of expertise to explore with others. The format is intentionally intimate, encouraging open dialogue, thoughtful exchange, and genuine connection.
For this session, join Meriem Ben Hammadi for a guided and interactive discussion on the theme:
“How can we evolve in our leadership?”
Together, you will explore how to rethink your own leadership style — developing a more authentic, aligned and impactful posture, regardless of your role. Through practical tools and real-life insights, the session will offer concrete ways to improve communication, foster collaboration, and strengthen your professional confidence.
Designed as a space for honest exchange, this small-group conversation invites participants to share experiences, gain fresh perspectives, and leave with actionable ideas to apply immediately. It is also an opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals, expand your network, and refine your vision of your own potential.
With over ten years of experience as a Manager in the Brussels public sector, Meriem brings a human and performance-driven approach to leadership, rooted in continuous improvement, collaboration, and talent development. Alongside her role, she is also a lecturer at Erasmushogeschool Brussel, where she supports students in shaping their professional journey. Her commitment to leadership has been further recognised through her participation in the “Belgium’s 40 under 40” programme and her recent nomination by ZigZagHR in the “One to Watch” category.
Breakfast is at each participant’s own cost.
This session will be conducted in French.
Join the circle, share your insights, and connect with fellow members around the table.
