Rumba Revelations: A Social Quiz Night

A different kind of quiz night where the questions are about the people in the room

Rumba Revelations is not about what you know, but about who is in the room.

On the terrace, the evening brings together a playful quiz built around small details, unexpected facts, and the occasional reveal. It’s an easy way to meet people quickly, and one of the most effective ways we’ve found to turn a group of strangers into something more interesting.

The evening is hosted by TheMerode member David Labi. As a storyteller and performer, he brings a format that moves lightly between humour, curiosity, and interaction.

A live Cuban trio, Cuban Boleros, plays throughout the night, with Lucía Alonso Hernández (viola), Pascaline Forgeot (piano) and José Carlos Delgado Rodríguez (percussions).

Cuban-inspired food, drinks and snacks will be available at the bar throughout the evening.

Expect laughter, a touch of creativity, and to leave knowing a few more people than you arrived with.
