Reflections on fatherhood

A no-reading-required book club experience on being a father (for men only)

Fatherhood is often framed by expectations—be strong, provide, protect. But beneath the surface lies a more complex story: of vulnerability, presence, doubt, and love.

Join Kriticos Mwansa for a special men-only edition of The Book Club Experience, where we explore what it means to be a father today. Whether you’re a new dad, a seasoned one, or still figuring it out, this conversation is for those navigating the invisible scripts that shape how we parent and how we were parented.

Through quotes, prompts, and open dialogue, we’ll reflect on fatherhood as legacy and as lived experience—its pressures, joys, contradictions, and quiet triumphs.

Come as you are. No reading required—just honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to listen and share in good company.
