Protect, check, act for healthier skin

The science, the myths, and the truth about your skin,  straight from the expert who sees it all.

Every day, dermatologists see the real effects that sun damage, “miracle” creams, and beauty trends have on our skin, in both adults and children, and the reality is very different from what the industry wants to sell us.

Join us for a conference with TheMerode member and pediatric dermatologist Maha Dib who will cut through the noise between science and marketing: the latest science on skin cancer risk, what genuinely works for prevention and treatment, and the myths the beauty industry would rather you didn’t question.

The conference will also explore the best habits to adopt from an early age to protect children’s skin, which is often more sensitive to sun exposure and unsuitable products.

Expect honest answers to the question everyone secretly wants to ask: “What does someone who spends all day looking at damaged skin actually do to protect their own and their children’s?”

The conference will conclude with an open Q&A where no question is off-limits. Come curious, leave with practical advice and a routine backed by science instead of marketing.
