Join us for a Pilates session designed to strengthen, lengthen, and rebalance the body.
The class will begin at 12:00 PM and last one hour, offering a focused and controlled practice centered on posture, core stability, and mindful movement. After the session, participants are invited to stay for a moment of tea — a gentle pause to unwind and fully integrate the experience.
Rooted in precision and fluidity, Pilates works deeply into the muscles while improving flexibility, alignment, and overall body awareness. Through slow, controlled movements guided by the breath, the practice encourages both physical strength and mental clarity.
