A Morning Session with Tom

Morning Yoga: Energize Your Day

Morning Yoga is an invigorating practice designed to awaken your body and bring clarity to your mind. More than just a physical session, it offers a moment to reconnect with yourself—gently easing into the day with intention and presence.

The practice focuses on the breath as a guiding thread, helping you connect deeply with your body while gradually opening it. Through mindful movements and postures, tension—both physical and mental—is released, allowing you to feel more grounded, refreshed, and energized.

The benefits are wide-ranging: increased flexibility and mobility, improved concentration, enhanced body awareness, stress reduction, and a greater sense of inner balance. Practicing regularly supports a clearer mind, a more resilient body, and an overall sense of well-being.

Suitable for all levels, this session welcomes both beginners and more experienced practitioners. Each movement can be adapted, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace while exploring the harmony between breath and movement.

The class is guided by Tom, whose journey into Yoga followed years of intensive Kung Fu training in China. Seeking a more introspective path, he immersed himself in Yoga through extensive training in India, including Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh, Vipassana meditation in Dharamsala, and studies at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai. His approach reflects a deep understanding of Yoga as a complete and structured discipline—one that nurtures both the body and the mind.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to fully benefit from the session and to avoid disturbing the class once it has begun.

Tom YOGA ROOM

Tom was an experienced Kung Fu practitioner before turning his focus toward Yoga. After spending two years in China undergoing intensive physical training, he felt the need to explore a more inward path. It was during this transition that he discovered Yoga and its meditative practices. Following ten months in India, where he completed several trainings, including Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh, Vipassana in Dharamsala, and studies at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, he came to understand that Yoga is a complete, structured, and precise discipline. For him, it offers a profound path toward a healthy body, a clearer understanding of life, and a calm, focused mind.
