What started in a Brussels kitchen with a homemade granola recipe inspired by a trip to New York has grown into Bamboo Breakfast — a premium artisanal brand now available in more than 1,500 stores across Belgium, including Colruyt, Delhaize, and Carrefour, while staying true to its quality and identity.
For this special session, participants will meet Charlotte Vandermeulen, co-founder of Bamboo Breakfast and the newly launched Alfie’s Dairy, and discover the story behind two brands bringing a more thoughtful and artisanal approach to everyday food products.
