Mastering the art of hosting : calligraphy workshop & lunch

The session will begin with a brief historical introduction to calligraphy, tracing its role in the tradition of fine dining and table presentation. Participants will then be guided through the basics of classical calligraphy using traditional tools: dip pen, ink, and quality paper.

Under expert guidance, you will learn the foundational strokes and techniques to create your own personalized place cards and handwritten menu, inspired by the refined spirit of Escoffier — where aesthetics and craftsmanship meet.

This workshop is a moment of creative focus, where patience, precision, and beauty come together.

All materials are provided and yours to take home: Dip pen, nib, ink pot, and fine paper

A light lunch will be served during the session, making this a tasteful break for both mind and palate.
