Managing competition legal risks in business

What are the competition pitfalls to avoid in your business on a day-to-day basis?

This seminar offers a practical approach to legal risks of competition: contacts with competitors, relationships with customers and business partners, non compete and non solicitation clauses, staff mobility, etc. Using concrete examples and real life cases, we will look at how to identify risky situations, secure key contracts and adopt the right internal reflexes to avoid sanctions and disputes.

Participants will leave with simple tools (checklists, dos and don’ts, sample clause options) to help strengthen the culture of compliance within their company.

Sandwiches will be provided.
