La Table des Cavaliers was born in 2017 from a desire to bring together equestrian enthusiasts and personalities from the equestrian world. Each edition honours a champion, sometimes a legend or a key player in the history of the sport. For example, La Table des Cavaliers has welcomed Olympic competitor Nelson Pessoa, Olympic champion Pierre Durand, and Félix-Marie Brasseur, dressage legend Anne d’Ieteren and Ingmar de Vos, President of the International Federation for Equestrian Sports.
The Table has only 24 seats and cultivates the ambition to offer everyone the possibility to participate in a conversation around the guest of the day. At this very special edition, hosted by TheMerode, we invite you to join showjumping rider Gudrun Patteet over lunch and conversation. Come and meet this talented athlete. She will tell us about her beginnings, his present and her ambitions.

Gudrun Patteet
Gudrun Patteet is a Belgian equestrian athlete who specializes in show jumping. She was born on April 14, 1985, in Gent, Belgium.
Patteet started riding horses at a young age, and her passion for the sport led her to compete at the highest level. She has represented Belgium in numerous international competitions, including the European Championships and World Championship for young horse.
Throughout her career, Patteet has achieved many notable accomplishments, including winning the Grand Prix of Knokke, the Grand Prix of Lausanne, and the Nations Cup of Sopot. She has also competed in the prestigious Global Champions Tour, which features the world’s best show jumping horses and riders.
Patteet is known for her skill, dedication, and love of horses, and she continues to be a leading figure in the world of show jumping.
