Kobe Verdonck, CEO of SD Worx, and Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens, CHRO, explore how organisations can scale across countries, teams, and ways of working without losing their cultural core.


Drawing on their experience leading SD Worx’s transformation from a Belgian payroll specialist into a European HR services platform, they wrote Join the Club!, a practical, people-focused reflection on building culture in fast-growing organisations.


In this conversation, they will show how an impact culture, grounded in trust, candid feedback, and shared responsibility can help a growing company keeping it together while expanding. From “critical friends” to the “Airport Model”, they will show how culture is actively built through daily behaviours, that are neither inherited nor fixed.

Executive Vice President BeNeLux & South Europe of SD Worx. Dominique Tassent serves as DS Worx Managing Director for Belgian, Spanish and Italian customers, delivering people solutions across the entire employee lifecycle. Throughout her professional career, Dominique has created, managed and steered large portfolio tracks, with a focus on doing the right things, right. Her expertise spans large core transformation programs, account management at CXO level and below — including RFIs, RFPs, and the full cycle from sales planning to delivery and margin follow-up — as well as product portfolio management. With a combined business and IT background, she bridges both worlds effectively.

Bruce Fecheyr Lippens

Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens has been Chief HR Officer for the SD Worx Group since 2022. He started his career at McKinsey, where he held a number of different positions for eight years. At Solvay, he worked in the HR management team on projects involving digital HR, people analytics and flexible working. At the end of 2019, he became Chief Talent Officer and senior HR Partner at Euroclear. At the same time, Bruce and some partners founded huapii, a company providing talent management solutions, of which SD Worx became the majority shareholder in majority shareholder in 2022.
