Healing transgenerational wounds

Explore how transgenerational dynamics shape your life.

The last seats will be released on September 5 at 6 PM.

We like to believe that our choices are the result of rational thinking — but in truth, much of our decision-making is driven by the subconscious. And our subconscious isn’t formed in isolation: it’s deeply influenced by our beliefs, emotions, traumas — and also by our ancestors.

Recent discoveries in genetics and psychology confirm it: we carry the imprint of our family history. The experiences of parents, grandparents, and even those further back — events we may know nothing about — can leave a mark on our inner lives and influence our decisions today.

In this exploration, therapist and coach Emilie Sickinghe will guide us in uncovering how these inherited patterns operate — how they can be powerful resources as well as sources of hidden blockages.

The goal? To bring awareness to these unconscious influences and, where needed, create space for change and freedom.
