Join us for a practical workshop on harassment at work and learn how to detect, prevent and act for the wellbeing of your company.
The first seats will be available on July 11 at 6 PM.
The remaining seats will be released on August 15 at 6 PM.
Harassment in the workplace is a complex, multi-faceted scourge. While this phenomenon remains largely underestimated, its serious consequences for both victims and companies requires prevention and actions from organisations.
In this practical workshop, Danièle Zucker — Doctor in clinical psychology, criminal behaviour analyst, investigator and co-founder of H.E.R (Harcèlement, Enquêtes et Recommandations) — will draw on her experience in investigating and analysing complex workplace dynamics. She will share insights into how organisations can better understand and address issues related to workplace harassment.
From a theoretical overview defining harassment, to real-life case studies and its various forms in the workplace, Danièle Zucker will equip us with tools to identify it, understand who we're dealing with, and respond effectively.
Whether you are an employee, a manager or company head, this session offers the chance to learn more about harassment and how to protect yourself and your work environment.
