Join us for a visit of Espace Aygo
They are four, of Swedish, Dutch, and French origins. United under the collective Aygo, Salomé Sperling, Line Murken, Jaime Le Bleu, and Sijmen Vellekoop met while studying at a design school in Eindhoven before settling in Brussels. Together, they undertook the complete renovation of a vast Brussels townhouse, rebuilding it from the ground up.
Conceived as a total work of art, the house functions simultaneously as a living space, a site of creation, and a place of experimentation. Each room acts as a manifesto, reflecting a shared approach to architecture, design, and collective life as a single, inseparable practice.
Today, the building is destined for demolition. This visit offers one of the very last opportunities to enter and experience this unique space before it disappears. A rare moment for members to discover an inhabited, ephemeral, and deeply embodied work.
