Exhibition Opening: Romero Paprocki

Romero Paprocki Gallery, founded in 2021 by Guido Romero Pierini and Tristan Paprocki, supports emerging artists by producing their first solo exhibitions and strengthening the visibility and context of the works they present. Since opening its Rue Saint-Claude space in Paris in 2022, the gallery has expanded its presence across Europe through major fairs including Artissima, ARCO, and Art Brussels, establishing itself as a dynamic platform with an ambitious programme and carefully staged exhibitions.

This growth continues with the opening of a new 300 m² space in Milan in March 2026, including a dedicated area for editions—further expanding the gallery’s international reach and creating new opportunities for collaborations.

For TheMerode’s 7th edition of the Art Salon, Romero Paprocki Gallery brings together four artists whose practices explore—and redefine—our relationship with light and architecture. Kaï-Chun Chang moves between painting and photography to capture the most ephemeral nuances of light and air. Paola Siri Renard presents a sculpture conceived as a micro-architecture, examining the aesthetic and political structures that shape social interaction. Stan Van Steendam’s meditative paintings, made with pigment, plaster, and resin, reflect and absorb light, offering a sculptural experience of painting. Lou Ros’s recent series, shaped by the presence of the sun, builds silent architectures through large chromatic planes and suspended horizons, drawing on the legacy of Color Field painting.

The Art Salon exhibition will take place in the Conference Room and the Black & White Room.
