'En Mode Détermination': From ambition to impact

Four  changemakers share how vision, resilience, and creativity shaped their path to meaningful success.

To close In Determination Mode — a day of talks on resilience and perseverance, co-curated by TheMerode and Darby Lubamba Conseil — this final session brings together four powerful voices who turned ambition into tangible, lasting impact.

Entrepreneur and community leader Moussa Camara (founder of Les Déterminés), workplace innovation advocate Margot Wuillaume (co-founder of E-Bloom), multidisciplinary artist Krisy (founder of LeJeune Club), and ecological entrepreneur Amélie (founder of Ecopop) will each share their stories of grit, reinvention, and self-made success.

From launching socially driven businesses to reshaping creative industries and sustainable habits, they’ll explore the strategies, setbacks, and inner resolve that fuelled their journeys.

The conversation will be moderated by Nathan Soret, founder of the creative agency Nonante Cinq and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree.

The event will be followed by a moment to connect and a live DJ set by Deejay Masterdream.
