Karine Becker has more than 20 years of experience in Executive Search. Prior to founding Hire & Higher, she has founded and led several other Executive Search entities. She has also been very involved in Diversity Matters and was one of the first to embrace Gender Diversity in her practice. At some point she decided that she wanted to have a positive impact on the world and created Hire & Higher in order to help companies through their transition with the recruitment of conscious leaders.
Karine has been an entrepreneur since she was 29 years old, she is mom of 2 young women and she has also been in charge of the production of the satirical show Sois Belge et Tais Toi! for 5 years. She is a nature lover and a strong believer in change making !
