In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make beautiful, edible gifts in the style of Seven: balanced, flavourful and nourishing. We will cover how to make nutty granola, indulging energy balls, and fragrant herb salt. You will learn how to make variations on each, so every creation feels special, whether you’re gifting it to someone else or keeping it for yourself. At the end of the workshop, you can prepare and package some of your own treats to take home, along with recipes and inspiration to make more in your own kitchen.
This workshop will be led by Maud and Lara, executive chefs at Seven. Part of the original Seven team, Maud (Seven Cinquantenaire) and Lara (Seven Cavell) have been shaping the café’s story since day one. Both passionate about seasonal, flavorful cooking, they have grown with Seven over the years, rising through the ranks to become executive chefs. They love sharing practical tips that make cooking at home both creative and accessible.
