Exploring how movement shapes confidence, presence, and the way we inhabit the body.
Today, science and therapy agree that transformation does not begin in the mind alone. To inhabit confidence, presence, and desire fully, the body must be engaged.
Dance has always been more than an art form. It is a language of presence, a way of inhabiting space, and at times a quiet act of defiance. For generations, women were urged to make themselves smaller — physically, socially, symbolically. Ahead of International Women’s Rights Day, we invite you to the dance floor: to claim your body, to exist without apology, to transform presence into expression.
Intuitive dance invites participants to explore that terrain directly. Guided by Emilie Sickinghe, the workshop leads a musical journey with practical instructions and flexibility. No prior technique or experience is required, only curiosity.
What changes when empowerment is physically felt?
After the session, enjoy a healthy shared lunch—a nourishing moment to connect, exchange.
