Cycling class at Syncycle

Join us for a 45-minute full-body session designed to connect body and mind through the rhythm of music.   

In a semi-dark, immersive setting, our expert coaches lead you through a soulful, high-energy cardio journey — crafted to challenge your body and calm your mind.

Step into the world of SYNCYCLE, an intimate indoor cycling studio nestled in the heart of Ixelles (Flagey) founded by Amaury de Woot, one of our fellow members. 

The class starts at 12:30 sharp, and we kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the class and see the studio together with Syncycle's instructors.

Everything is provided on site: clip-in cycling shoes, sweat towels, hot showers, hairdryers, and premium beauty products.

This experience is open to all levels. Participants are kindly asked to make their own way to the studio.
