Raoul Ullens is an entrepreneur tackling inefficiencies in social security and monetary systems. His work is dedicated to making complex systems more efficient and sustainable.

Mathieu Hardy is a co-founder of Avroy Tech, a company specializing in navigating technology regulations. In addition to his role at Avroy Tech, he serves as the Head of Business Development at InvestSuite, focusing on their Portfolio Optimizer. Mathieu’s career began at Solvay in 2011, where he held various positions, including Collaboration Officer and roles within the Digital & Collaboration Office. He has also worked as a Freelance Product Manager at hardy.digital. His educational background includes a Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from Université libre de Bruxelles and an International Baccalaureate from RCN UWC. Mathieu has obtained certifications in Design Thinking for Innovation and Google Apps Administration.

Toon Proost is a Senior Associate at Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers, specializing in corporate tax, personal income tax, international taxation, and VAT. With extensive experience in restructuring cases, he has successfully guided clients through tax-free partial demergers, group restructuring, and complex ruling procedures. A recognized expert in cryptocurrency taxation, Toon advises investors on integrating crypto income into legal tender, navigating tax regularization, and securing advance rulings. His insights on blockchain, banking, and taxation have made him a sought-after speaker at industry events. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven and additional qualifications from Fiscale Hogeschool Brussels. Through his work, Toon continues to bridge the gap between traditional tax frameworks and emerging financial technologies.
