By working with some of the world’s most loved companies, Vincent has a unique perspective on brands and how to construct the right narrative to build them into sustainable businesses that people can connect with. Vincent is also the Founder and CEO at FNDR, a company whose mission is to help Founders align their voice and vision to craft the right story that will guide and shape their futures.

James Vincent is the founder & CEO of FNDR. For over a decade, he worked closely with Steve Jobs, every day building Apple’s narrative for launching ground-breaking products: iPod, iTunes, iPhone, App Store, iPad. During this time, he also founded and was CEO of Apple's global agency partner, MAL - Media Arts Lab, which he grew to 300+ people across 6 offices globally. James has continued to advise countless world-class founders including Brian Chesky (Airbnb), Evan Spiegel (Snap), Alex Wang (Scale.ai), Jack Conte (Patreon), Jason Citron (Discord), Nicolas Julia (Sorare), David Basucki (Roblox), Henrique & Pedro (Brex), Joe (Titan), JC (Alan) and many more .. Today, as FNDR CEO, he helps steer his best-in-class partner storytellers that work peer-to-peer with some of the most transformative founders today, harnessing the power of storytelling to create world class companies.
