What began as a temporary move — applying for a job in a cocktail bar in Saint-Gilles — quickly became the start of a true vocation. A food enthusiast with four years of experience in hospitality as a student, he immediately recognised mixology as a natural extension of his passion for culinary creativity. After a year behind the bar, he pursued advanced training in Toronto, sharpening his technique and deepening his understanding of flavour, balance, and craft. Upon returning to Brussels, he managed the very bar where he had learned his foundations, before joining the Ökēn project from day one. Today, he is the mixologist and Operational Manager at Ökēn, where he continues to push boundaries, refine his approach, and share his vision of cocktails as an immersive, sensorial experience.
