What if Albert Camus had influenced Stallone, Monty Python, Tony Montana and The Walking Dead? Join us for a unique performance exploring the philosopher-writer’s oeuvre.
Like our exhibition "In Sole Ambulare," which explores themes found in the work of Albert Camus, Raphaël Enthoven, in “Camus par Enthoven,” offers an exploration of the author through pop culture references.
Whatever our influences, Camus reconciles us with the absurdity of life. "What is a man in revolt? A man who says no. But if he refuses, he does not give up: he is also a man who says yes, from his very first move." It is this paradox that Raphaël Enthoven questions, fervently mixing free thought, cinema, music, theatre, and philosophy.
Even more than offering a taste of Albert Camus, Raphaël Enthoven makes the formidable power of his thought tangible in a spirited plea and makes Camus incredibly accessible.
Join us for this intimate performance and delve into Camus’ oeuvre, a literary way to better understand the world and find one's place in it.
A Jean-Marc Dumont Production with Raphaël Enthoven and Bernard Gabay. Directed by Julie Brochen.
