Brussels Gallery Weekend
TheMerode is pleased to be part of the off program of the Brussels Gallery Weekend. For the occasion TheMerode will be open to the public for the whole weekend.
Pass by the club, receive a map and follow the Brussels Gallery Weekend program to discover Brussels’ rich contemporary art scene.
From the 7th until the 10th of September, more than 40 art galleries around Brussels will be open to the public as part of the Brussels Gallery Weekend. BGW were pioneers in this type of event and this year, they will once again bring the city alive with contemporary art.
On top of the participating galleries and of the off program, the Brussels Gallery Weekend organizes each year the exhibition Generation Brussels to support young artists. This year, it is the Brussels-based art critic and curator, Sam Steverlynck, who will curate the exhibition.
