Boxing as a Mindset

Channel your energy, sharpen your focus, and build confidence through professional coaching

Join us for a 1h15 boxing initiation session designed not only to build strength and coordination, but to develop focus, resilience and mental clarity — essential skills both in and beyond the ring.

Guided by two professional coaches, brothers united by a shared passion for boxing and performance, this session goes beyond physical training. Through structured guidance and expert coaching, you will learn to channel your energy, control your intensity and sharpen your mindset.

In a supportive and engaging group environment, this class also offers a strong social dimension — fostering connection, mutual motivation and collective progress. The experience is designed to help you step out of your daily routine, reconnect with your body, and strengthen your confidence.

Blending technique, movement and cardio, the session delivers a dynamic full-body workout while teaching you how to manage pressure, stay focused and move with intention — skills that naturally translate into your professional life and personal development.

Held within the Club, in a refined and energising setting, this class is open to all levels, whether you are discovering boxing or looking to reconnect with its fundamentals.

Participants are required to wear sportswear and come ready to engage.

A powerful introduction to boxing — where discipline meets empowerment, energy finds direction, and performance becomes a mindset.

speaker

Mohamed “Marco” El Marcouchi

Mohamed “Marco” El Marcouchi is a Belgian professional boxer of Moroccan origin, born in 1988 in Berchem and raised in Molenbeek. Introduced to martial arts at the age of five, he turned to boxing as a teenager, driven not by the pursuit of fame but by a desire to progress step by step. A disciplined and determined athlete, Mohamed became Belgian Amateur Champion in 2008, 2009 and 2011 before turning professional in 2012 in the super-lightweight division. Over the years, he has built an impressive professional record with around 30 wins and 4 losses, earning several major titles, including African Champion (ABU, 2017), Benelux Champion (2019) and IBO Intercontinental Champion (2021). Beyond competition, boxing has been a gateway to the world for Mohamed — leading him to travel, meet inspiring figures and engage with diverse communities. More importantly, it has shaped his strong social commitment. In 2019, he founded his own non-profit organisation and opened a multidisciplinary boxing gym in central Brussels, which today hosts over 120 members and multiple combat sports disciplines. His mission: to pass on discipline, confidence and the belief that limits are often mental.

Zouhair El Marcouchi

Zouhair El Marcouchi, born in 1996, followed in his older brother’s footsteps. Inspired by Mohamed, he started boxing at the age of six and began competing as an amateur in his teens. After completing his studies, he joined Mohamed in Miami to further develop his skills. Following a serious shoulder injury in 2017, Zouhair shifted his focus to coaching, supporting his brother’s career and developing his own expertise. In 2019, the brothers returned to Brussels, where Mohamed continued his professional journey while Zouhair fully embraced his role as a coach. Today, Los Marcouchi’s embody a shared vision of boxing as a tool for performance, transmission and social impact.
