A Morning Session with Tom
This uplifting session is designed to clear your mind and gently awaken your body, helping you start the day with focus, positivity, and energy. The core intention remains the same: ease into your breath, reconnect with your body, and gradually open it to release physical and mental tension.
Tom is a former Kung Fu practitioner who discovered Yoga after several years of intensive physical training in China. Drawn toward an inward path, he began exploring Yoga and meditation as tools for deeper awareness and balance. After spending ten months in India and training in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh, Vipassana meditation in Dharamsala, and at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, Tom came to see Yoga as a complete and profound system—one that cultivates a strong, healthy body, mental clarity, and a deeper understanding of life.
Suitable for all levels, from beginners to more advanced participants seeking a harmonious balance between strength and flexibility, active and passive elements. Our instructor provides modifications to cater to individual abilities.
