Gentle Flow is a soft, fluid vinyasa practice designed to release tension, build subtle strength, and restore balance. Movements are synchronized with deep, conscious breathing, creating a meditative rhythm that leaves the body open and the mind centered.
Astrid brings a unique presence to her teaching — grounded in years of experience in Shanghai and Brussels, infused with her passion for sound healing and her sensitivity as a musician and mother. Expect a nurturing and inspiring session open to all levels, where movement, breath, and sound meet in harmony.
All skill levels are warmly welcomed, and our instructor provides modifications to cater to individual abilities. Conclude the class with a rejuvenating tea moment, leaving you feeling centered and utterly refreshed.
