Branislav Stanicek

Branislav Stanicek is principal administrator and analyst at the European Parliamentary Research Service (EPRS), the think tank of the European Parliament in Brussels covering EU enlargement and neighbourhood policy. Previously he held various positions at the European Commission, the European Committee of the Regions and the Foundation for Political Innovation in Paris. He studied political science at Pantheon-Sorbonne University (Paris I), geopolitics at Sorbonne University (Paris IV) and École Normale Supérieure (ENS) and international public law at Harvard University. He is co-author of the Normandy Peace Index, which won the 2023 Forbes Social Award for best initiative in public policy for its strong ethical message and robust communication strategy. In 2018, he initiated establishment of the European Diplomatic Academy, the first pilot phase of which was successfully concluded in 2022/23.

Philippe Hermes

Philippe Hermes is a qualified advocate and advises international public organisations and the private sector pertaining security affairs, governance, and the rule of law. He served as staff officer (res) and acted as legal advisor and civil-military expert with different NATO headquarters. In 2023/24, he was deployed as commanding officer of a liaison and observation element as part of the operation ALTHEA of the European Union in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Paul Adamson

Paul Edward Adamson is the founder/publisher of the online magazine Encompass, chairman of Forum Europe and Forum Global and chairman of the EU-UK Forum. He is on the board of the Centre for European Reform and Rand Europe's Council of Advisors. He was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2012 and Chevalier in the Ordre national du Mérite by the French government in 2016.
