TheOtium Bar Tastings - Dada Chapel Distillery

Join us for an exclusive Dada Chapel Distillery workshop, where Belgian craftsmanship meets creativity, curiosity, and a touch of the unexpected.

Founded in Ghent in 2021 by Michel Moortgat, Dada Chapel is a Belgian distillery challenging the traditional codes of spirits. Inspired by the Dadaist movement, the house creates original and audacious spirits, with a strong focus on Belgian identity and the use of local and/or organic ingredients.

Hosted by Gauthier Clerfaÿt, Sales Manager for Wallonia and Brussels, this workshop will offer guests an introduction to the world of Dada Chapel, its distinctive approach to distillation, and the creative philosophy behind its creations.

Throughout the session, Gauthier will take guests on a journey through Dada Chapel's products, production approach, and possibilities for collaboration, while sharing the story and thinking behind a distillery that chooses to challenge conventions rather than follow them.

Expect a different perspective on distillation: less rules, more creativity… In Odd We Trust.

Between discovery, conversation, and experimentation, this workshop is designed for both curious newcomers and spirits enthusiasts, offering an approachable and inspiring introduction to a Belgian house that dares to do things differently.

An evening dedicated to Belgian spirits, creativity, and discovery, guided by Gauthier and inspired by the unconventional spirit of Dada Chapel.
