TheOtium Bar Tastings - Antonio's trio of Negronis

Join us for a special Negroni tasting at The Otium Bar, taking place as part of Negroni Week. Negroni Week brings together bars, restaurants and cocktail enthusiasts around the world to celebrate the iconic Negroni while raising funds for charitable causes. As part of the week, The Otium Bar will feature three special Negronis on its menu.

The workshop will begin with a professional introduction of Antonio, followed by a conversation exploring his expertise and passion for cocktails. Antonio will then take guests on a journey through the story of the Negroni, from its origins and iconic status to the different interpretations and techniques that have shaped the cocktail over time.

The experience will culminate in a guided tasting of three distinctive Negronis, with Antonio introducing the ingredients, preparation methods and balance behind each creation:

• Coconut Negroni — Monkey 47 Gin, coconut fat-wash, strawberry-infused vermouth and Campari
• Negroni Superiore — pink peppercorn-infused Gin Mare, Dolin Rouge and Campari
• Negroni Bianco — Bulldog Gin, Suze and Lillet Blanc

An intimate and convivial experience, combining cocktail culture, storytelling and discovery — all while celebrating the spirit of Negroni Week.
