Under the warmth of summer, Summer Pilates by Randy offers a practice that is both dynamic and soothing, designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the entire body. More than just a physical workout, this class invites participants to reconnect mind and body through controlled movement, posture, mobility, and breath.
At the heart of the practice lies the core — the true engine of stability — while the arms, legs, back, and glutes are also intelligently engaged throughout the session. Alternating between targeted strength work, stretching, postural refinement, and mobility exercises, the class cultivates a harmonious balance between strength and flexibility.
