Out of court: A masterclass on mediation and negotiation

When it comes to mastering conflict resolution, who better to guide you than a retired civil judge? Avi Schneebalg brings his expertise to this interactive workshop, offering insights into mediation as a powerful tool for resolving business disputes.

According to Schneebalg, mediation is the most efficient method when it comes to business conflicts, which can put a lot of financial strain on a company while costing time and energy, potentially impacting productivity. With court proceedings being long and expensive, mediation can offer quicker and better resolutions.

Discover the roots of mediation, learn which conflicts benefit most from it and when it might not be the ideal approach, dive into the fundamentals of principled negotiation and explore practical strategies under the guidance of a seasoned mediation expert.

Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your conflict resolution skills and rethink the way business disputes are resolved!
