Small Circle Networking Sessions - The Power of Perspective

An Intimate Gathering Created by Members, for Members

Where Good Ideas Actually Come From

An Intimate Gathering Created by Members, for Members

Small Circles Networking is a member-led breakfast format designed to spark meaningful conversations within our community.

Hosted at TheStables at 8:15 AM, each session is initiated and led by a fellow member who brings forward a topic, question, or area of expertise to explore with others. The format is intentionally intimate, encouraging open dialogue, thoughtful exchange, and genuine connection.

For this session, join Dr. Audrey-Flore Ngomsik, CEO of Trianon Scientific Communication, Vice-President of the Brussels Capital Region Climate Committee, and author of a peer-reviewed methodology implemented across more than 180 organisations across six sectors, for an engaging discussion on innovation, cognitive diversity, and the hidden factors that shape the best ideas.

Why do some organisations consistently innovate while others overlook opportunities hiding in plain sight? More often than we think, breakthrough ideas do not emerge from better processes, but from bringing together different perspectives around the table.

Through thought-provoking real-life examples and interactive discussion, participants will explore how homogeneous teams can unintentionally overlook important challenges, while diverse perspectives often lead to more creative, inclusive, and impactful solutions. Together, the group will examine cases where a missing voice resulted in costly blind spots—or where an unexpected perspective unlocked meaningful innovation.

The conversation will invite participants to reflect on their own organisations, decision-making processes, and teams, offering practical insights into how cognitive diversity can strengthen creativity, improve problem-solving, and create long-term business value.

Whether you are an entrepreneur, business leader, consultant, or simply curious about how innovation truly happens, this session will provide a fresh perspective on one of the most overlooked drivers of successful organisations.

As always, the discussion is designed as an open and collaborative exchange where participants are encouraged to share experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another's perspectives.

Breakfast is at each participant's own cost.

Join the circle, share your insights, and connect with fellow members around the table.

Please note that this roundtable will be held in English.
