Small Circle Networking Sessions- How balanced is your life?

An Intimate Gathering Created by Members, for Members

How balanced is your life — really?

An intimate gathering created by members, for members.

Small Circles Networking is a member-led breakfast format designed to spark meaningful conversations within our community.

Hosted at TheStables at 8:15 AM, each session brings members together around a topic, question or area of expertise in an intimate setting designed for open dialogue and genuine connection.

For this session, join fellow members Kateryna Derevianko, Personal Development Coach and NLP Specialist, and Liza Ermakova, curator of the Wellbeing Afterworks, for an interactive conversation around one of the most important questions in a busy professional life:

How balanced is your life — really?

We often measure success through our careers, businesses, finances and achievements, while other areas of life can quietly move into the background. The Wheel of Balance offers a simple yet powerful way to step back, look at the bigger picture, and reflect on where our energy, attention and priorities are actually going.

During the session, Kateryna will guide participants through the Wheel of Balance, exploring different areas of life — from career and relationships to health, personal growth, social life and wellbeing.

Rather than striving for a perfect balance, the conversation will invite us to ask a more meaningful question:

What deserves more of your attention right now?

Take a moment to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters to you, while sharing perspectives and connecting with fellow members around the table.

Breakfast is at each participant's own cost.

Please note that the conversation will be held in English.
