A Collaboration with Seven Brussels
Join us for a hands-on spring roll workshop, led by the Seven kitchen team.
Starting with a demonstration of the mythical salmon miso spring roll, a best-seller from Knees To Chin's menu. You’ll learn the key techniques to create your own: preparing fillings, balancing textures and tastes, choosing the right ingredients, and rolling tight spring rolls that eat nicely, taste great and look beautiful.
In the second part of the workshop, you will make two of your own springroll creations. There will be a selection of ingredients available to mix and match, from salmon, to chicken to fresh veggies and crunchy nuts. You can pair your creations with some of their signature sauces.
This workshop will be led by Maud and Lara, executive chefs at Seven. Part of the original Seven team, Maud (Seven Cinquantenaire) and Lara (Seven Cavell) have been shaping the café’s story since day one. Both passionate about seasonal, flavorful cooking, they have grown with Seven over the years, rising through the ranks to become executive chefs. They love sharing practical tips that make cooking at home both creative and accessible.
