Welcome to Pasta Atelier, a recurring cooking workshop led by head chef Leo from CIAO. Each month, dive into the rich world of Italian pasta-making - region by region, shape by shape.
From historical context to technical know-how, you’ll learn to prepare two traditional doughs - all’uovoand di semola - and transform them into iconic formats like tagliatelle, ravioli, or orecchiette. Expect flour, stories, skills, and satisfaction.
You'll leave with your handmade pasta, a take-away sauce, and all the recipes to recreate it at home.
