Welcome to Pasta Atelier – a hands-on, recurring cooking workshop led by Chef Leo from CIAO. Dive into the fascinating world of Italian pasta and discover the secrets of regional specialties.
Between techniques, delicious stories, and expert tips, you’ll explore authentic Italian pasta-making from dough to sauce. In this session, you’ll learn to make fresh Egg dough (for tagliatelle, tagliolini, stuffed pasta, lasagna…), Semolina dough (for orecchiette, cavatelli…) and elevate them with a Sun-dried tomato and ricotta pesto.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your handmade pasta, a ready-to-enjoy pesto, and all the recipes to recreate this delicious dish at home.
