Prior to 6 Degrees, Lucas was a Principal at Force Over Mass Capital. He also worked in the investment banking division of J.P. Morgan, where he was part of the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) team. While studying, Lucas co-founded Capitant, a leading platform for students interested in financial markets.

Until recently, Nathalie was MD in the Growth team of Eurazeo, a €4.5bn European growth equity fund, where she co-lead the firm’s tech & digital growth investments out of London. She sat on the boards of MessageBird, Neo4j, platform.sh, PPRO & Secret Escapes. Before Eurazeo, Nathalie founded MindforceInnovations, a developer of platform apps for professional coaching. Prior to that, she was a Principal at KKR Tech Growth and VP at General Atlantic. Belgian by origin, Nathalie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude with a BSc in International Business from Maastricht University.

In 2016 Jean-Charles Velge moved back to Belgium to co-found Qover with Quentin Colmant. Qover is the leader in embedded insurance orchestration and recently secured 30M in series C.

Xavier is a co-founder of kennek, a UK based startup that aims to revolutionise the $2trn alternative lending space. Kennek offers a vertical SaaS for lenders that streamlines their operations, servicing, risk management and investor reporting. Xavier started his career with 10 years in structured finance at Merrill Lynch in London. His clients were banks and non-bank lenders. Xavier then spent 10 years building MeDirect Bank, which he co-founded with backing from AnaCap FP and ran as CEO of Belgium for 5 years. He spent 2 years as Head of Strategic Innovation at Degroof Petercam, co-founded Fintech Belgium, co-authored The WealthTech Book and sits on the board of Wise EU and Fundcraft.
