Meet CIAO's chef Leonardo Iacometti for a Tiramisu Atelier

Welcome to our Tiramisu Workshop – a hands-on cooking experience dedicated to one of Italy’s most beloved desserts. This time, members will team up in pairs to prepare their own tiramisu and enjoy a fun, interactive culinary experience together.

During the workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare a traditional tiramisu from scratch, from creating the creamy mascarpone mixture to preparing the coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mastering the perfect layering technique. Along the way, you’ll discover expert tips and tricks to achieve the ideal balance of textures and flavors.

The workshop will begin with a presentation and introduction, before moving on to preparing each component and assembling the tiramisu step by step. Working in pairs, members will collaborate throughout the preparation, making the experience both hands-on and social.

By the end of the workshop, each duo will have created their own homemade tiramisu, along with the techniques and recipes needed to recreate this iconic Italian dessert at home.
