Salma Haouach is a management engineer, graduating from Solvay in 2001. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and strategy across France, Spain, Morocco, and Brussels, Salma has carved a distinguished path in both the corporate, politics and media sectors. Salma is currently the Deputy General Director of Wallonie-Bruxelles Enseignement. She is a contributing writer for Forbes Belgium and columnist for Bel RTL.

Thibaut Roland began his career in print journalism, contributing to publications such as La Libre and Paris Match. In 2014, he joined RTL, where he worked across both radio and television. He then spent seven years at RTBF, notably contributing to the show On n’est pas des pigeons—first as a columnist, and later as the host and editor, both on radio and television. Alongside his work at RTBF, Thibaut also presented C’est direct and special broadcasts on LN24, including coverage of the war in Ukraine. In the summer of 2024, Thibaut returned to RTL, taking on the role of Head of Media Strategy and Content, as well as a host.
