RendezVous annual's meeting

Join us for an exclusive series of guided art walks with RendezVous, organised especially for TheMerode members across four Brussels neighbourhoods.

From 10 to 13 September, discover Brussels’ contemporary art scene through a selection of galleries, artist spaces and cultural venues. Each tour offers a different perspective on the city, guided by an artist or art professional and designed to encourage discovery, conversation and connection.

All tours will be held in English. Some guides also speak French and will be happy to assist participants in French when needed.


Thursday 10 September | 6:00–7:30 PM

Focus: Downtown

Meet at Wouters Gallery, Boulevard d’Anvers 49, 1000 Brussels.

This walk will take you through Wouters Gallery, Galerie Christophe Gaillard, Cloud Seven, Galerie Greta Meert, n0dine and AFFILIATE.

Focus: Forest

Fiona Guillemant

is a visual artist based in Brussels. Alongside her practice of drawing and monotype, she pursues her interest in sharing knowledge by occasionally providing guided tours and creative workshops in various cultural venues in Brussels.

Beppe Geerts

Beppe Geerts (°1999, BE) is a visual artist, who works and lives in Ghent. She has her own creative studio, Grts, which focuses mainly on graphic design, illustration and visual communication. She graduated twice from LUCA Ghent as a master in Visual arts. First in 2021 as a graphic designer, later in 2024 as an illustrator.

Paola Cubillos

Paola Cubillos is a visual artist, puppet maker and storyteller. She graduated from a law degree with a minor in psychology in 2016. She then pursued her studies in film at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Ghent where she graduated in 2022 with the highest distinction. Paola is passionate about cities, their historic heritage and themes such as memory and identity

Irene Feria Prados

Irene Feria Prados is a spatial designer and researcher based in Brussels. Her practice moves across design, writing, teaching, curation and collaborative making, exploring how spatial practices can contribute to more just, inclusive and situated ways of living. She is particularly interested in perspectives and experiences often overlooked in cultural discourse, working from queerfeminist, decolonial and activist approaches to question whose histories, bodies and ways of living are represented in the environments we inhabit everyday. Alongside her design and research practice, Irene is engaged in exhibition-making, cultural programming and public formats that create spaces for exchange and critical reflection. She currently teaches at Sint-Lucas Architecture Faculty (KU Leuven), where she develops and tutors design studios and moderates the Sofa Talks lecture series.
