Never heard of Yogatone? It is a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining yoga's flexibility with the precise, targeted movements of Pilates, all set to an energising soundtrack. The goal: To harmonise mind and body while sculpting a strong, toned physique.
The class is taught by Nick Hu, a certified and highly experienced yoga teacher. Having been teaching the popular practice since 2004, his expert guidance ensures that every pose feels both accessible and challenging, recognising exactly what his students’ bodies need.
With a background in dance, boxing, and stage performance, Nick brings a unique energy to his classes which are always fun and don’t lack humour.
